配信チケットに関して

＜推奨環境＞

※配信チケットの他に、別途通信料がかかります。
※動作環境ではないOS、ブラウザ、デバイスをご利用の場合、正常に動作しない可能性がございます。
※推奨環境内であっても、端末個別の仕様によって正常に動作しない場合もございます。

＜視聴環境テスト＞
配信に関しては、下記よりご利用の環境で視聴できることをご確認の上、チケットを購入いただけますようお願いいたします。チケットご購入後の返金には一切対応できませんので、ご注意ください。



＜配信チケット購入方法＞
１．MENU（メニュー）の「配信チケット」から購入希望の公演を選択してください。
２．ご購入前に視聴環境テストで正常にお客様の端末で再生可能であることを確認してください。
３．公演内容をご確認ください。
４．手順に従って購入手続きを行ってください。
５．ご購入手続きが完了すると、決済完了メールが登録メールアドレスに届きますので、配信期間終了まで大切に保管してください。

＜視聴方法＞
１．「HELLO! PROJECT STREAM ONLINE STORE」にログインしてください。
ログインするとトップページが表示されます。
２．右上の会員ページ（スマートフォンの場合、右上の「MENU」中のにあります。）を押すと、お客様の会員情報が表示されます。
そのままページを下にスクロールすると、購入商品履歴が表示されます。
３．購入商品履歴にて該当の商品を選択すると、注文詳細が表示されます。
そのままページを下にスクロールすると、商品画像が表示されます。
画像の再生マークを押すと、動画が開始されます。
※生配信の場合、配信開始時刻はアクセスが集中しログインできない場合がございますので、事前にログインをした状態でお待ちください。

＜注意事項＞
※インターネット回線やシステム上のトラブルにより、配信映像の乱れや配信映像の一時停止などが起こる可能性がございますので、予めご了承ください。
※カメラ・スマートフォンなどによる撮影・録画・録音は全て禁止いたします。動画サイトやSNSなどへの無断転載を固く禁じます。
※生配信の場合は早戻し・早送りができません。視聴を開始した以降の部分のみご覧いただけます。

Regarding Ticket Distribution

＜Viewing environment test＞
Regarding the distribution of the ticket, please check that you can watch it on your device from the following before purchasing a ticket. Please note that refunds cannot be made after ticket purchase.



＜How to purchase delivery tickets＞
1. Please select the performance you wish to purchase from "Distribution Ticket" in the MENU.
2. Please make sure that it can be played with no issues on your device by testing the viewing environment before purchasing.
3. Please check the contents of the performance.
4. Please follow the steps to complete the purchase.
5. When the purchase procedure is completed, a settlement completion e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address, so please keep it safe until the end of the delivery period.

＜Viewing method＞
1. Please log in to the "HELLO! PROJECT STREAM ONLINE STORE".
After logging in, the top page will be displayed.
2. When you press the member page on the upper right (in the case of if you are using a smartphone, it is in the upper right "MENU"), your member information will be displayed. If you scroll down the page as it is, the purchased product history will be displayed.
3. If you select the corresponding product in the purchased product history, the order details will be displayed. If you scroll down the page as it is, the product image will be displayed.
* Press the play mark on the image to start the video.
* In the case of live distribution, the site may be crowded at the start time of the distribution and you may not be able to log in, so please login in advance and wait.

＜Notes＞
* Please note that there is a possibility that the distribution video may be disrupted or temporarily stopped due to an Internet connection error or system problems.
*Shooting, recording, and recording with cameras, smartphones, etc. are prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction on video sites, SNS, etc. is strictly prohibited.
*You cannot fast-rewind or fast-forward during live streaming performances. You can only watch the part from where you started.
